Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Thank you for understanding. If, however, we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, arrangements for a replacement may be made. 

We are unable to exchange products due to scent.  We do our very best to describe our blends in our listings, please ask questions if you are unsure of a fragrance and we will be happy to help you before you purchase.

 

Store at room temperature. Extreme temperatures will cause deterioration.

100% pure Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Beeswax, Vitamin E Oil & Jojoba Oil.

Rub on skin until absorbed.

Allergy/Sensitivity

Please review our product ingredients.  if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of our ingredients please do not use our products on your skin. If irritation or redness occurs wash affected part with soap water and stop using the product immediately.

 

Storage

Our products contain only natural ingredients and no synthetic chemical preservatives, therefore proper storage conditions must be followed. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

 

Formula changes

We reserve the right to adjust any product’s ingredient formula due to ingredient availability. Returning customers are advised to check list of ingredients every time.
